Q. What happens when I get there?
You'll fill out an information form (if you haven't already done that on our site. Then we'll look at your car. You'll get an offer of our best possible price. If you accept it, we pay you on the spot. You'll be in and out in under an hour!

Q. How will I get paid for my car? Is it really CASH?
No Cash is kept on the premises. The owner listed on the title will get cut a business check for the offer amount.

Q. What if I owe more than my car is worth?
If you have a negative equity on your car, then you can pay us the difference in MC, Visa, American Express, or Discover.

Q. What if I owe less than my car is worth?
The check we write to you will be for the difference on your loan. We deal directly with your financial institution to pay off your vehicle; and the bank will later send us the title to the car.

Q. What if I'm not sure? Do I have to sell it right then? 
You can take some time and think about it!
